The Editorial Committee of the JSA Law Journal invites scholarly articles for publication in its 2025 edition. Contributors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:

Submission Guidelines
- Language & Subject: Articles must be written in English, focusing on any aspect of law or the administration of justice.
- Originality: Submissions must be the original and unpublished work of the author.
- Length: Articles should be 3,000 to 6,000 words in length, including footnotes.
- Formatting: The manuscript should be typed in Times New Roman font, using the following sizes:
- Heading: 14 pt
- Subheadings: 13 pt
- Body text: 12 pt
- Footnotes: 10 pt - Citation Format: All citations must be provided as footnotes (not in-text).
- Author Details: Authors must include their academic qualifications and current employment details in a footnote marked with an asterisk (*).
- Accuracy: Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all citations and references.
- Pagination: Pages must be numbered sequentially.

*Justice Nimal Gamini Amaratunge Memorial Gold Medal*
The Justice Nimal Gamini Amaratunge Memorial Gold Medal will be awarded to the best article published in the 2025 edition of the Journal, in recognition of academic excellence and contribution to the legal field.
